This year we were honored to open the summer festival of Cabrejas del Pinar (Soria). It was a night full of emotions and memories. I would like to thank Cabrejas Council for giving me the oportunity to express what does it mean for me all the people from my hometown, and also for listening to me so closely for 15 minutes! I would also like to thank all those friends and family who help me every day with this project of promoting the truffle of our land, and don't letting the small but big villages of Soria being forgotten. LONG LIVE CABREJAS!
